Terms of Use – BALOTECH

These terms apply when you access and use BALOTECH Digital Business Network (“BALOTECH”, “the platform”), operated by Balotech Technology Solutions Co., Ltd. (“we”). By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to the terms below.

1. The service

BALOTECH is a network connecting businesses with experts, technology vendors and digital transformation knowledge. The platform offers: business problems, case studies and knowledge articles; business and expert directories; a solutions marketplace; events; and the DX Score self-assessment and AI Advisor tools.

2. Your account

You provide accurate sign-up information and keep it up to date.
You keep your password secure and are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us promptly if you notice unauthorised access.
The “Verified” expert badge is issued by BALOTECH after reviewing project records; we may grant, decline or withdraw it.

3. Content you post

You keep ownership of what you post (problems, case studies, comments, profiles).
You allow BALOTECH to display, store and automatically translate that content into other languages so readers in Vietnam and abroad can read it, as needed to run the platform.
You confirm your content does not break the law or infringe anyone’s intellectual property, trade secrets or privacy. Do not post confidential business information you are not entitled to share.
Figures in case studies must be truthful; illustrative figures must be labelled as such.

4. Prohibited conduct

Posting false, fraudulent, harassing, spam or unrelated promotional content.
Impersonating another business, expert or organisation.
Scraping other users’ data with automated tools, or interfering with or disrupting the system.
Using the platform for any purpose that is unlawful in Vietnam.

We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

5. Connections between businesses, experts and vendors

BALOTECH is a place to connect. Agreements, contracts and payments between a business and an expert or vendor are between those parties; BALOTECH is not a party to them unless agreed otherwise in writing. Check a partner’s capabilities before you sign.

6. DX Score and AI Advisor

DX Score results and Digital Transformation Blueprints are generated automatically from the information you provide, using BALOTECH’s rules and, when enabled, an AI model. They are for guidance only and do not replace professional, legal, financial or technical advice for your specific situation.

7. Intellectual property

The BALOTECH brand, interface, DX Score questionnaire and platform software belong to us. Do not copy them or use them commercially without our written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

The platform is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from content posted by other users, from dealings between parties, or from service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will announce material changes on the platform or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the platform after the effective date means you accept the new terms.

10. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes will first be resolved through negotiation; failing that, by a competent court in Vietnam.
